This policy covers information collected through infocion.com, our contact and demo request forms, our marketing communications, and our recruiting activities.

This policy does not cover data processed on behalf of our customers within the Infocion Aegis™ platform. When Infocion processes customer data — including any Protected Health Information (PHI) — we act as a service provider, processor, and business associate, and that processing is governed by the executed agreements with that customer, including the applicable Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and Business Associate Agreement. Customers determine the purposes and means of that processing. Individuals with questions about their own health information should contact the healthcare organization that holds it.

We do not collect Protected Health Information through this website. Please do not submit patient records, clinical data, or other sensitive personal information through our web forms or by email.

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a demo, request security documentation, or apply for a role, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, business email address, company, job title, and the content of your message. Job applicants may also provide a resume and related application materials.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visit.
